6. Duct Tape
Similar to the lint roller idea, you can combat your pet’s hair (whether it be your dog or from your cat) by using duct tape. It seems that duct tape has endless uses around the house and now it has another. To make this process work, gather a strip of duct tape and invert it over a paint roller so that the sticky portion of the tape faces outwards. You can now use this roller mechanism on any surface, especially furniture to pull the hair out. Many dog and cat owners say they cannot get hair from clothing and furniture, but this little trick can meet most of those demands in a quick fix.
